We stand behind our handmade gear and want you satisfied.

Returns

30 days from delivery to request return.
Items must be unused, in original packaging/condition.
Email info@idaspearcompany.com with order number for return instructions/address.
Customer pays return shipping.

Refunds Once received and inspected, refund issued to original payment method within 3-5 business days (minus original shipping if applicable).

Damaged/Defective Items Notify us immediately upon receipt. We'll send replacement at no cost (photos help).

No Warranty No express or implied warranties. Gear sold "as is" except for manufacturing defects noted above.
