We ship orders from Ida, Michigan, within the continental United States only (no PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or international).

Processing Time: Orders process in 3-7 business days after payment clears.

Shipping Rates & Carriers: Live rates calculated at checkout via Shippo (compares USPS, UPS, FedEx for best option). Rates based on weight, size, and destination. No flat rate or free shipping yet (future options possible).

Tracking: Tracking number emailed upon shipment.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk pass to you upon handover to carrier.

Damaged/Lost Shipments: Contact us immediately with photos. We'll work with carrier for resolution/replacement.
